Sales Policy
All sales are final. We expect nothing less than your complete satisfaction with the wedding invitations,photo birth announcements, and graduation invitations produced here at Very Claire. We are very confident in ourselves and the time we invest in designing each and every announcement and invitation. A detailed proof will be emailed to you for your approval. By giving your approval you certify that all is correct with your order. Very Claire will not process your requests until your approval is received. Upon approval, you will be billed and your wedding inviation/photo birth announcement/graduation invitation order will be completed by a professional printing establishment. Once complete, your order will be shipped. You understand that once your approval is given and your wedding invitaitons/photo birth announcements/graduation invitations are printed you may no longer cancel an order.
Shipping
All announcement/invitation orders will be shipped within 3-4 days. Once an order is shipped we can no longer control the delivery date. Standard orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Prices include handling. International and Express services can be arranged for an additional charge.

Wedding Invitation/Photo Birth Announcement/Graduation Design Copyrights
It is illegal to distribute or reproduce copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner. In most cases the photographer is the copyright owner of photos. By uploading, emailing, or sending your photos by mail you are entering into an agreement with Very Claire Designs. In doing this you are granting Very Claire Designs limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, transfer, copy, adapt, transmit, store and display these pictures exclusively for the purpose of providing products and/or services to you. By using this site and the services offered by us you certify to us that you have all copyrights in the pictures or the permission to copy and use the pictures for any and all purposes relating to Very Claire. You also certify that the pictures do not infringe upon or violate any and all rights of others. You agree to hold us (our agencies and fulfillers) harmless from and against any and all damages, costs, expenses, and losses including reasonable attorneys fees resulting from your breach of these agreements and certifications. You agree to indemnify us from any and all damages, costs, expenses, and losses arising from any claim by a third party that the picture, or use of the picture, constitutes a violation or infringement of that party's copyright and any or all other rights. Your obligation to hold us harmless shall extend beyond any termination and/or expiration of these Terms of Use.
Photo Content
You may not, under any circumstances, email, send by post, or upload any pictures or text which contains the following (illegal, obscene, pornographic, or offensive material). We are under no obligation to monitor your pictures or text. We do, however, have the right to monitor pictures and text and to report any potential violations to law enforcement authorities. We also have the right to refuse service to you at any time based on our judgement of what is not acceptable. By using the services of Very Claire Designs you certify that you are the parent or legal guardian of the subject in your pictures. You also certify that you own all rights to the photos you are submitting for use on your photo birth announcement. . If you are using pictures taken by a photographer you must obtain permission from that individual (see photographer's release form). You may not in any way transmit material containing viruses, files or programs capable of interrupting, destroying, or limiting the functionality of any computer software. Very Claire will take any and all actions necessary to disclose such actions to the proper authorities.
Trademark and Copyright
Very Claire Designs and any related service names, logos, photo birth announcement designs, etc. are trademarks of Very Claire Designs. It is against the law to modify, sell, reproduce, or reuse any of the contents of this website. Any trademarks appearing here are also property of their respective owners. You must acquire permission from the owner of any trademark represented in this site before using it in any way. By visiting this site or using any services provided by this site you agree to abide by all copyright and other laws designed to protect these trademarks and copyrights. All designs found on this site are copyrighted. By visiting this site you agree not to copy, print, download, or reproduce these by any means.
Creative Rights and Restrictions on Use
Very Claire Designs retains the rights to ALL photo birth announcement designs represented on this website. None of these is intended for free use. We reserve the right to label the reverse side of birth announcements to indicate the card's source. You acquire absolutely no rights to any materials contained within the Very Claire website other than limited rights when using our services and abiding by our Terms of Use. The proof of your photo birth announcement that you will see is for your approval only. It does not transfer any other rights to you. You may not use this site for any purposes conflicting with the Terms of Use. This website is intended solely for your own noncommercial use. This site and all products and services provided through it are "as is". There are no warranties whatsoever. Very Claire disclaims any warranties for the security, reliability, timeliness, and performance of the Very Claire site. You agree that the submission of any digital photo and the download or upload of anything through this site is done at your own discretion. You assume sole responsibility for any loss or damage to your photos and/or any damage to your computer system resulting in the download or upload of material.
Liability and Disclaimers
By using this website you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Very Claire Designs and all persons affiliated with Very Claire Designs from any and all claims and expenses. This includes attorney's fees arising from your use of Very Claire's services. Very Claire Designs will not be responsible for photos lost during transit. You agree that neither Very Claire Announcements nor it's owners shall be responsible for direct, consequential, or incidental damage arising from any aspect of an order. We can not be held responsible for delays in shipping at the fault of the postal service.
